Residential Conveyancer Gatwick Salary depending upon experience Our client are looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join the firm and build a department in their Gatwick office. They are a vibrant, friendly firm seeking the best talent to join and grow with us. This is a great opportunity for a Conveyancer to build a network for the Gatwick office and develop connections and relations within that area.You will have at least 2 year's PQE as a Solicitor, a Chartered Legal Executive (FCILEx) or a Licensed Conveyancer (CLC) and are looking for a fresh opportunity. You will thrive in our fast-paced, high-volume environment, drawing on your experience of managing a varied residential caseload. You will share the firms ethos of providing an accessible, affordable, high-quality service to their clients, and be able to champion the brand in the local market.Responsibilities

Shared ownership
New builds
Sales and purchases
Re-mortgages
Liaising with clients and external professionals
Lease extensions
Equity release
Your skills:
Legal executive or solicitor with at least 2 years' PQE
Skills to support networking and department development
Able to handle a varied caseload
Proficient with case management systems
Excellent attention to detail
