We are a large mortgage brokers and Financial Planners looking to recruit a Residential Conveyancer to join our well established team.
DAY TO DAY
Working on a wide range of residential property transactions including straight forward sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release:
Responsible for client files from start to finish of a transaction including post-completion.
Dealing with leasehold properties for both purchasing and selling
Experience
Ideally 2 years post qualified solicitor or equivalent or Licensed Conveyancer in Residential Property Conveyancing
Solid background of billing within residential conveyancing
Motivated and driven
Organised
Personable
