Oculus Legal Group is working with a Leading Top 200 Law Firm in their search for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Executive/Conveyancer to join their team in Northampton. This appointment presents an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic and growing residential property team, with fantastic career progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
Advising clients on residential property sales, purchases, and re-mortgages.
Managing a busy caseload and delivering excellent service to clients.
Communicating with clients and intermediaries throughout the transaction process.
Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and deadlines.
Will take a lead position in the Northampton team, overseeing other fee earners alongside the Head of Department.

Person Specification:
3+PQE (or equivalent experience) in Residential Property.
Strong client communication skills and attention to detail.
Ability to manage a varied caseload.
