\nWe are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join a busy residential conveyancing team, handling a diverse caseload of residential and occasional commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.

\n Key Responsibilities:

\n\n \n\t Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
\n\t Handling transfers of equity and remortgages.
\n\t Conducting stamp duty procedures, title checking, and processing search reports.
\n\t Addressing client enquiries efficiently and accurately.
\n\t Handling lease renewals, landlord and tenant regulation, and deeds of surrender.
