Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Solicitor to join a busy residential conveyancing team, handling a diverse caseload of residential and occasional commercial property transactions from instruction through to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing freehold and leasehold sales and purchases.
Handling transfers of equity and remortgages.
Conducting stamp duty procedures, title checking, and processing search reports.
Addressing client enquiries efficiently and accurately.
Handling lease renewals, landlord and tenant regulation, and deeds of surrender.
Assisting with refinancing, business acquisitions, sales, and utilities agreements.
Actively participating in business development activities.Requirements:
Significant experience in residential conveyancing. (3+ Years PQE)
Experience in commercial conveyancing advantageous but not essential.
Ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently.
Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills.
