They are are committed to combining research and innovation to transform businesses, lives and society.If you are someone who enjoys using your research mindset to explore and innovate then this would be the perfect environment for you?The Job:You will manage a team of researchers, while interacting with the large global Research team, all with diverse skills, developing our federation technologies with a particular focus on creating systems of federated digital twins.Lead end-to-end technical implementation of Digital Twin for real-world applicationsManage a team of researchers with various technical expertiseLead use case develop and propose new research topics from interactions while solving real societal challengesCollaborate with internal global partners and external partners on federated digital twinsThe output of your research is expected to be both published at top conferences and contribute to the global businesses.The Person:Deep technical understanding of good software design / developmentExtensive experience in wide range of technologies from digital twin, AI, IoT and associated architectureHands on experience in end-to-end software integrationExtensive experience in leading external R&D collaboration and proof-of-conceptExperience (>3 years) in managing a research teamDemonstrated expertise:A Post-Graduate qualification (preferably PhD) in a relevant field, with a strong research componentAbility to publish peer-reviewed research papers and to file patent proposalsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to propose research topics and associated plan by exploring potential future business opportunities
