We invest in our people and work hard to provide a positive, professional, fun and inclusive workplace.If all of the above sounds interesting, then look no further, we’re hiring for an Insights Analyst to join our team which is based in London but working with colleagues and clients around the world.About the roleYou will be playing a key role in the Data & Insights team, a function that exists to ensure that the business is perfectly positioned to deliver a premium, data-driven, fair market pricing sponsorship valuation service to the market.As part of the team behind the team, day-to-day life will vary as you support a range of stakeholders across Customer Success, Product Development and Sales & Marketing. Tasks will typically involve managing bespoke research projects, analysing internal and external data sets, testing and documenting new methodologies, and collating insights to support Turnstile’s data-led marketing initiatives.More specifically you will be tasked with:Supporting delivery and analysis of Turnstile’s global proprietary research program (including multi-market consumer research, fan base sizing and impact studies)Assisting delivery of quantitative consumer research projects from questionnaire design to efficient, accurate data analysis and clear and concise articulation of key insightsPlaying a leading role in the management of Turnstile’s Data & Insights repositories, ensuring that they are always maintained and up to date with the latest data availableSupporting the Customer Success (Sponsorship Valuation) team as required with the provision of data and insight to improve the quality, speed, efficiency of client projectsAssisting delivery of select client projects as required or where the focus of the project is research driven (e.g., landscape reports, fan base profiling, bespoke research)Supporting the development of Turnstile Intellectual Capital by helping to identify areas for improvement, exploring and testing solutions and documenting methodologiesManaging external partners and suppliers including research agencies and business intelligence providersAssisting with the development and publication of industry research reports and market commentaryBuilding strong relationships with clients and key stakeholdersAbout youWe’re looking for a candidate with 1-2 years-experience in a research, management consultancy or sports / media position.Whilst it would be advantageous, we’re not expecting you to have existing sport & entertainment industry experience. You will however need to have a keen interest in the sport & entertainment industry and a desire to learn quickly and develop your skills.More specifically you will have a combination of:A relevant degree (ideally a STEM subject) with strong gradesAn understanding of market research and the management of research projects (from project set-up and questionnaire design through to analysis and reporting)An entrepreneurial spirit with an intellectually curious attitudeA strong analytical skillset and a keen eye for detailDiscipline in learning and following processes and techniquesStrong organisational, planning, and project management skillsProficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and ExcelFamiliarity with Q research software (desirable)Above all, though, you embody Turnstile’s values of Empathy, Dynamism, Discipline and Integrity in your daily work.How to apply for this job?Written applications including a CV, cover letter and salary expectations should be addressed to Alex Howells, Data & Insights Manager at ##### Note: All candidates require working rights in the UK to perform the roleTurnstile supports flexible working hours and is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
