Job Description hybrid role, part-based from South Manchester office
oversee engineering team and extended sub contractor network on existing client projects
engage with potential new clients and provide quotes and price estimates
target commercial clients (restaurants, pubs etc) at facilities and building manager level
manage domestic client projects for refurbishments, extensions, conversions etc
report to the Managing Director
3 years experience as either a Maintenance Managert, Repairs Manager, Contracts Manager, Building Surveyor, Facilities Manager, Building Services Manager, Property Manager etc
based Manchester area
could be working as a Property Manager for a College, Housing Association, Pub / leisure group etc
