Job Title: Remote Payroll Administrator

Apply4U is hiring on behalf of their client for a dependable and experienced Payroll Administrator to manage end-to-end payroll processing in a fully remote role. This is an excellent opportunity for someone detail-oriented and confident working with payroll systems and UK legislation.
Key Responsibilities:
Process weekly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with UK tax and employment laws
Handle payroll queries from employees and resolve discrepancies
Calculate statutory payments such as SSP, SMP, SPP, and pensions
Ensure all HMRC submissions and RTI filings are completed correctly
Support year-end procedures, including P60s and P11Ds
Requirements:
Proven experience in a payroll position
Good knowledge of UK payroll legislation and statutory payments
Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Sage Payroll, BrightPay, Xero)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to manage confidential data securely
Strong communication and time management skills
