Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with an elegant Exeter city centre hotel, and we have a fantastic opportunity for a Relief Chef de Partie who can commute to the area daily, to join their team for a period of 1-2 weeks, starting on Monday.

What's involved?
As a Relief Chef de Partie, you will be representing Platinum Recruitment, following the direction and instructions of our client. You will be responsible for preparing, cooking and presenting dishes from the section(s) you are working on, ensuring that you are working to company brand standards whilst also maintaining high standards of food hygiene and are following the rules of health and safety at all times.

Accommodation is NOT available on this assignment, therefore you should only apply for this Relief Chef de Partie assignment if you are able to commute to Exeter city centre on a daily basis.

Please note: working with Platinum as a Relief Chef requires an up-to-date food hygiene and allergy certificate, along with references.
