We have a range of in-house leadership and management development programmes to support your career development. /p p About Exemplar Health Care /p p Brook View is part of Exemplar Health Care, one of the countrys leading nursing care providers. /p p Brook View supports 32 adults living with complex mental health needs and physical disabilities, including those who need specialist nursing care, such as tracheostomy care. br The home has four ten-bed units, which gives it a homely and welcoming feel. br About the role /p p As a Home Manager with Exemplar Health Care, you wont just manage your home, youll be the heartbeat of everything that happens there. /p p Youll have a great deal of autonomy and will lead by example, driving your team and pushing for continuous improvement daily. /p p Youll provide person-centred and quality driven care to ensure that you makeevery day betterfor the people who live and work in your home. /p p This is both an inward and outward focused position, demanding attention to multiple factors, including but not limited to: /p ul li quality initiatives and improvement /li li team leadership and management /li li recruitment and colleague development /li li referral management and occupancy /li li data collection, analysis and interpretation /li li financial management /li li customer relationships and marketing to ensure business sustainability and success. /li /ul p Download our job description to read more: /p p About you /p p br Above all, youre someone who identifies with our Exemplar Health Care values of fun, integrity, responsiveness, success and teamwork. /p p You must also have a first-level nursing registration with a valid Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) PIN. /p p As this is a leadership role, you should have a minimum of three years management experience, ideally in a complex care setting.
