About the Role: We are seeking a passionate and experienced Regional Manager to oversee a portfolio of six care homes - four in Dorset and two on the Isle of Wight. Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of six care homes (5 residential, 1 nursing)
Provide support, supervision, and guidance to Home Managers
Ensure homes meet and exceed regulatory standards and business KPIs
Lead quality and compliance audits across all services
Drive occupancy, financial performance, and staff retention
Foster a positive, resident-focused culture in each service
