Up to £80,000 + Car Allowance
Job Details:

• Regional Director - Education & Care
• Joining a national organisation that specialises in social care
• Lead a group of schools and colleges across the North West region
• Covering sites in Liverpool, Lancaster and satellite sites in Blackpool, Ulverston and Carlisle
• Line Managing 1 Head Teacher and 1 Principal
• Answering into the Divisional Director
• Liverpool service is a preschool and primary education provision, supporting children with ASD
• Lancaster service and satellite services support young people 16+ with SEMH, LD and Physical disabilities
• All services are OFSTED-regulated
• As the Regional Director, you will ensure all services meet company and OFSTED standards
• Location to be work dependent, with working from home and office space flexibility

Contract Details:

• Full-time, permanent contract
• 40 hours per week
• Up to £80,000
• + Car Allowance

Requirements Details:

• Qualified Teacher
• Experience as a Head Teacher / Principal
• Experinece working with ASD, SEMH and LD
• Experince developing and opening services is desirable
