Location: Field based in Coventry, Leicester and the surrounding areas
Package: £45,000 - £50,000 basic + £15,000 OTE (uncapped) + Car + Excellent Benefits

POST– Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager for an established market leader. This field-based role covers a high-performing territory within one of the company’s fastest growing divisions.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager:

Territory Management: Maximise opportunities across your region, ensuring ROI through regular client reviews.

*

Account Growth: Achieve sales targets and KPIs through upselling and cross-selling within an existing client base.

*

Consultative Sales: Build trusted relationships by uncovering client needs and proposing tailored solutions.

*

Product Expertise: Provide training and ongoing support to help customers get the most from their services.

*

Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to remain a trusted advisor.

*

CRM Usage: Keep detailed records of all client interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM.

*

Team Collaboration: Partner with the Area Sales Director, internal teams, and head office to deliver client success.

What We’re Looking For:

At least 3 years’ experience as a field-based Account Manager or similar B2B role.

*

Ideally your sales cycle will be fast paced as our client sells in every meeting, with the opportunity to close business on the day.

*

Demonstrable success in selling services, handling complex client data, and presenting ROI.

*

Skilled in overcoming pricing objections, ideally in a non-negotiable pricing environment.

*

Familiar with structured sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP.

*

Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.

What’s On Offer:

Salary: £45,000 - £50,000 depending on experience.

Bonus: Uncapped £15,000 OTE (realistic and guaranteed for the first 4 months).
