Tripod Partners are looking for a Redevelopment and Regeneration Manager to join Brentwood Borough Council, supporting both Brentwood Borough and Rochford District Councils. This senior role involves leading strategic redevelopment and regeneration projects, with a focus on housing, infrastructure, and place-shaping. The position offers flexible working, with 2–3 days from home if suitable.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage major redevelopment and regeneration programmes across the boroughs.

Coordinate cross-departmental teams and external stakeholders to deliver projects.
*
Oversee project planning, procurement, delivery, and budget management.
*
Develop strategic frameworks and business cases aligned with council priorities.
*
Report to senior leadership and elected members on project progress and risk management.
*
Drive regeneration outcomes that support economic growth, housing delivery, and community wellbeing.
Position Details:
Location: Brentwood and Rochford (Hybrid: 2–3 days from home)
Duration: 9 months
Hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Pay Rate: £500 per day
Work Pattern: Monday to Friday
IR35 Status: Inside IR35

Requirements:

Proven experience in delivering regeneration and redevelopment programmes within a local authority setting.

Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
*
Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver complex initiatives from concept to completion.

Knowledge of planning, housing, economic development, and funding streams.
*
Ability to work independently and lead multi-disciplinary teams.
*
Right to work in the UK
