We're on the lookout for a Recruitment Service Consultant who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment. This role offers a brilliant mix of client engagement, candidate management, and service delivery.
What you'll be doing:
Building strong, long-term relationships with candidates and clients
Taking detailed job briefs and understanding client hiring needs
Writing engaging job adverts and using social media to attract talent
Conducting interviews, registrations, and compliance checks
Matching candidates to the right opportunities—temporary and permanent
Keeping our CRM system accurate and up to date
Supporting with admin tasks: timesheets, holidays, P45s, etc.
Attending client meetings both in-person and via Teams
