️ Key Responsibilities

Source and screen candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, internal database, referrals, and networking
Conduct initial candidate outreach and telephone screening
Maintain candidate records and update the CRM/ATS
Formatting CV's to send to clients
Assist consultants with interview coordination and candidate management
Build and maintain talent pools for key roles
Provide a smooth and positive candidate experience
Keep up to date with industry trends and candidate availability✅ Requirements

Previous experience in a resourcing, recruitment, or administrative role
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Confident using job boards, and recruitment systems
Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
Enthusiastic, proactive, and keen to learn
Team player with a positive, can-do attitude

🚀 Desirable Skills (Nice to Have)

Knowledge of Boolean search techniques
Experience in engineering, manufacturing or logistics industries
