You'll play a key role in coordinating end-to-end recruitment activity across a range of roles, working closely with hiring managers and the wider HR team.

Description

Recruitment Coordinator- What you'll be doing:
  • Coordinating end-to-end recruitment processes across various departments

  • Managing candidate communication and interview scheduling

  • Supporting hiring managers with best practice recruitment processes

  • Posting job adverts, screening CVs, and organising interview logistics

  • Assisting with onboarding and offer administration

  • Maintaining accurate records and producing recruitment reports when required

Profile

Recruitment Coordinator - What we're looking for:
  • Previous experience in a recruitment/talent acquisition role (in-house or agency)

  • Ideally from a professional services, legal, finance, or consultancy background

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies at once

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficient in using ATS/HR systems and Microsoft Office
