We're on the lookout for a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our energetic Product HR team on a 12-month FTC. In this role, you'll be the backbone of our recruitment operations, providing top-notch administrative support and delivering a seamless, candidate-focused experience by supporting the recruiters.
The Product Recruitment team recruits for a variety of roles, including but not limited to Merchandising, Fabric and Garment Technology, Buying and Design. ‘Product’ covers all of the teams within Next Clothing and Home as well as recruiting for our Sourcing division, Joules, Home Brands such as MADE.COM, Cath Kidston and LABEL Brands

Your role…Adverts and applications - Get ready for an action-packed role where every day brings new challenges and exciting opportunities to make a difference! As our Recruitment Coordinator, you'll be at the heart of the action, collaborating closely with our team of recruiters to create job adverts that capture attention both internally and externally. Your keen eye for detail will shine through, as you sift through applications, ensuring only the best candidates make it to our Hiring Managers.
Communication with stakeholders - You'll be the master of communication, liaising between applicants and recruiters, arranging and confirming interviews, and providing invaluable support on interview days. Plus, you'll keep our reports and trackers up to date, ensuring we're always on top of our game.
Data and front of house - In this role, you'll be the gatekeeper of information, ensuring all recruitment-related data is meticulously organised and accessible on our HR Drive. And as the friendly face of our team, you'll be the first point of contact for visitors, agencies, and internal customers, delivering top-notch service.
Ad hoc projects -
Last but by no means least … you'll also be the go-to guru for answering queries from all our recruitment email inboxes, tackling each question with enthusiasm and expertise. And let's not forget about the ad hoc projects and reports that you will be involved with – every day is a chance to showcase your versatility.
