Industrial Recruitment Consultant - Temp & Perm
Competitive basic dependent upon experience + uncapped commission
35 hour week, Monday to Thursday 8:30am-5pm and Friday 8:30am - 1:30pm
25 days holiday increasing to 30 with service plus Bank Holidays
For the first time in nearly 6 years, we are in a position to recruit a Recruitment Consultant to join our VERY established Wellingborough team! Our Manager has been there for over 20 years and the rest of the team all over 5.
Our current Industrial Consultant is moving internally into a new role, covering Technical recruitment across the county and as such we are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to run our Industrial and Skilled division covering large parts of Northamptonshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire.
You will be responsible for both temp and perm recruitment for both longstanding and new clients. An autonomous role but with as much support as you need from the rest of the team and wider business. This is an office based role but you will need to be open to getting out and about to see both existing and prospective clients.
