Are you a high-performing recruiter with proven experience placing Doctors into acute settings across hospitals or the wider healthcare system?
Due to continued growth and new business wins across the HSC and private healthcare sector , TTM Healthcare Solutions is expanding our Medical Division in Northern Ireland — and we’re looking for someone like you. This role must be based in Northern Ireland as client visits and meetings are a weekly expectation. You must have at least 12months experience recruiting and placing Doctors in Northern Ireland.

We want to speak to experienced Medical Recruiters , Doctor Resourcers , or 360 Consultants who know what it takes to fill urgent, high-pressure hospital shifts with quality, compliance, and speed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sourcing and placing Doctors across all grades into acute hospital roles
Managing a fast-paced desk with immediate vacancies and long-term contracts
Developing strong pipelines of locum and permanent candidates
