Due to continued growth and new business wins across the HSC and private healthcare sector , TTM Healthcare Solutions is expanding our Medical Division in Northern Ireland — and we’re looking for someone like you.
We want to speak to experienced Medical Recruiters , Doctor Resourcers , or 360 Consultants who know what it takes to fill urgent, high-pressure hospital shifts with quality, compliance, and speed.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Sourcing and placing Doctors across all grades into acute hospital roles
Managing a fast-paced desk with immediate vacancies and long-term contracts
Developing strong pipelines of locum and permanent candidates
Building relationships with clinical stakeholders and decision-makers
Driving process from registration through to compliance and first placement
