We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to launch and grow a white-collar contract desk, backed by a portfolio of warm, active clients ready to engage.

Managing and expanding a warm client portfolio in the white-collar contract space
Delivering fast-paced, high-quality recruitment services
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Sourcing, screening, and placing top contract talent
Negotiating terms and managing the full contract lifecycleRecruitment Consultant Requirements:

Proven 360 recruitment experience (contract preferred)
Strong relationship-building and client development skills
A self-motivated, target-driven mindset
Resilience, commercial awareness, and ambitionRecruitment Consultant Remuneration:
