The Opportunity
We’re looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. As a Recruitment Consultant with FourPointZero, you’ll have the chance to focus on delivering high-quality recruitment solutions across an exciting range of immersive tech sectors.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant who wants to deepen their expertise, work with globally recognised brands, and benefit from a strong existing network—while still having the autonomy to shape your market and approach.
What You’ll Do
* Manage end-to-end recruitment across permanent and contract roles in immersive tech
* Build and nurture candidate relationships through phone calls, video calls, and online channels
* Develop strong client relationships, acting as a trusted partner for their hiring needs
* Use the latest tools and AI technology to support your search strategies
* Collaborate with the team to share insights, candidates, and opportunities
* Contribute ideas to help us refine and improve our recruitment processes

What We’re Looking For
* Proven experience as a Recruitment Consultant (any sector) with strong results
* Confidence managing the full recruitment cycle
* A relationship-driven approach to candidate and client engagement
* Ability to pick up technical market knowledge quickly (we’ll support you with immersive tech insights)
* Strong organisation skills to manage multiple roles and priorities
* Resilience and drive to meet targets and grow your desk
