The Role:
We're looking for a passionate and driven Recruitment Branch Manager to lead our Derby branch, someone whos not just experienced, but genuinely excited about making an impact. This role is all about bringing the team together, building strong client relationships, and pushing the branch forward.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a high-performing team of recruitment consultants and support staff
Drive business development activities to expand our client base in the Derbyshire area
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions
Oversee the full recruitment cycle across commercial and industrial sectors
Set and monitor KPIs, ensuring team performance aligns with business goals
Manage branch operations, budgets, and forecasting
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical recruitment practices
Represent the Sky Recruitment Solutions brand at industry events, networking sessions, and client meetings
Provide coaching, mentoring, and training to team members
Essential Criteria To Be Invited To Interview:
Proven experience in a recruitment or staffing leadership role, ideally within the industrial or commercial sectors
Strong business development and sales acumen
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Strategic thinker with the ability to execute operational plans
Passion for people and performance
Knowledge of local market trends in Derby and surrounding areas
Results-driven, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Full UK driving license (preferred)
