Job Title: Recruitment Booking Coordinator

We are currently recruiting for a Booking Coordinator to join our team in our Colchester office!

1 Stop Healthcare care is an established and vibrant Healthcare Recruitment agency specialising in recruiting temp and perm candidates to care settings across Essex and Suffolk.

Due to rapid growth we are looking for a Booking coordinator to join our Colchester office. This is a great opportunity for someone who is looking to work as part of an established team and make a difference every day. You must have experience working as a Senior in care to apply for this role.

You will need to be passionate about helping people and be able to multi-task and prioritise workload. You must have excellent communication skills and a great sense of humour.

The role will involve:

• Speaking to clients and candidates on a daily basis
• Booking shifts and filling rotas
• Building relationships with candidates and clients
• Working on computerised rota management system
• A rota of on call shared in the team

Requirements:

• Good communication skills
• Excellent telephone manner
• Experience in healthcare recruitment/rota management (desired but not essential as full training will be given)
• Ability to work well in a team
• Computer skills

• Experience working as a Senior Carer

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: from £24,000 per year
