Daley Recruitment have an excellent opportunity for a recruitment Administrator/Resourcer based in London, NW10.
As the office Administrator/Resourcer you will work Monday-Friday 30 hours per week. This is an ongoing temporary contract, with flexibility around working hours.
As the Administrator / Resourcer, you will be responsible for:
- Inputting timesheets on a weekly basis
- processing new starters, leavers and holiday pay
- Advertising vacancies
- Pre-employment screening
- Shortlisting candidates for interviews
- Record and monitor the candidate application process
- Plan and prioritise all campaign recruitment activity
- Enrolling candidates to our systems
To be considered for this Administrator/Resourcer role, you should possess the following:
- Excellent communication skills
- Great customer service skills
- Self-motivated and target driven personality
- Ability to work well under pressure and to deadlines
- Basic understanding of MS Excel
