What You'll Do
As a Recruiting Coordinator, you'll be the crucial link ensuring a smooth and positive interview experience for candidates applying to various teams. Your role will be fast-paced and multi-faceted, involving:
- Scheduling high volumes of interviews and assessment days across multiple business lines
- Coordinating directly with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers to manage schedules efficiently
- Providing timely communication and follow-up with candidates regarding their recruitment status
- Organising candidate reimbursements and tracking recruitment activities
- Maintaining accurate records within internal recruiting systems
- Leading process improvements to enhance the candidate experience and scheduling efficiency
- Supporting recruitment events and other hiring activities as needed
What We're Looking For
We're seeking candidates with proven experience in recruitment coordination who:
- Have demonstrated the ability to manage complex scheduling and multiple priorities
- Communicate clearly and confidently with candidates and internal teams
- Work well both independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Have strong attention to detail and maintain accurate recruitment records
- Are fluent in English and proficient with web-based tools (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint)
- Have previous experience within recruitment, HR, administration, or logistics
