Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:
Position:          Recovery Coordinator
Location:         Harrogate with travel to Shipton
Rate:               £19 per hour via Umbrella
Length:            3 months minimum
Hours:             37 per week
Key Responsibilities include:
Manage a caseload by creating, reviewing, and coordinating recovery plans with service users and relevant support networks
Complete triage and comprehensive assessments to inform treatment and care planning
Collaborate with partner agencies to deliver shared assessments, key working, and structured interventions
Facilitate access to treatment, community resources, and psychosocial interventions to support recovery and wellbeing
Lead case management, including safeguarding, risk assessments, and reporting via case management systems and team collaboration
Essential Criteria:
Enhanced DBS on Update Service (Adult & Child)
Previous experience in a similar role
