Reactive Repairs Supervisor

Spirehouse are currently supporting a Local Authority in the East Midlands for a Reactive Repairs Supervisor.

The Opportunity:

My client in the East Midlands is seeking a Reactive Repairs Supervisor to join their repairs team. The appointable individual shall ensure that the Councils property and estates are maintained in a safe condition which minimises risk to the Council as Landlord.

The successful candidate will:

* This role shall be customer-facing, so exceptional customer service shall need to be delivered to contractors and tenants of the properties

* Carry out pre and post-inspection visits of more complex repairs to diagnose defects, schedule works and/or monitor quality

* Drive a culture of continuous improvement to enable the safe, effective and efficient utilisation of resources

* Lead by example on Health and Safety, values and behaviours and adherence to financial regulations

* Provide administration and organising of repair works to Council properties

Further information:

* Interviews to commence ASAP

* Interim at 3 months – possibility to go permanent

* £30 per hour via umbrella

* Full-time at 37 hours

* Van/pool car provided

Requirements:

* Full UK driver's licence with access to a vehicle

* SMSTS/CSCS Black Card
