Reach and Counter Balance Driver

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative / Forklift Driver to join our clients and growing team in the Oakham area. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, inclusive, and forward-thinking environment where your skills and contributions truly matter.

You’ll be a key part of our warehouse operation, supporting both goods in/out and production line processes to ensure that parts and products are moved, stored, and dispatched efficiently and safely.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Delivering materials and components to production lines

* Loading and unloading delivery vehicles

* Preparing and packing customer orders for despatch

* Stock location, identification, and storage management

* Assisting with stock maintenance and inventory control

* Ensuring safe and correct storage of goods and machines

* Supporting despatch processes and warehouse operations

* Identifying and suggesting process improvements

* Providing cover across warehouse functions when needed

Requirements

* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (ITTSAR-accredited)

* Ideally, Reach Truck Licence (minimum in-house certification)

* Proven experience in a warehouse or material handling role

* Health & safety conscious, reliable, and a great team player

* Flexible and able to adapt to varying warehouse needs
