We are seeking a motivated and experienced Hardware Engineer (RF) who is ready to take the next step in their career. This role offers an opportunity to grow into a more senior position as part of our expanding engineering team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development of advanced Electronic Counter Measure (ECM) systems and join a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
Key Responsibilities
Contribute to the design, development, and quality assurance of complex RF and electronic subsystems.
Design, implement, and verify advanced RF systems used in high-performance software-defined radio solutions.
Engage in the component-level design of RF transceivers and broadband power amplifiers operating from DC up to 12 GHz.
Collaborate with software, firmware, PCB layout, and mechanical engineering teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Use design and simulation tools such as SPICE, electromagnetic (EM), and signal integrity simulators; capture designs using Mentor Graphics.
Conduct integration, test, and performance verification using a range of RF test equipment and custom test setups.
Provide estimates, plan and manage work tasks, and communicate progress effectively to support project delivery.
