Your new role as Quantity Surveyor:

As the Quantity Surveyor you will actively tender, estimate and measure onsite. They offer a variety of works including established frameworks and core contracts with prestigious housing clients within the public, and residential sector as well as their property services covering retirement living, commercial and education sectors too. You will have full accountability of measuring and preparing cost estimates for contracts and tenders, highlighting any commercial risks and mitigation for these. Prepare cost value reconciliations for contracts, identifying commercial risks and opportunities to ensure correct contract planning from the outset.
