Quantity Surveyor

Are you a commercially savvy Quantity Surveyor

We're working with a forward-thinking, construction management company that's redefining how projects are delivered across the South West and South of England

As a Quantity Surveyor you'll be the financial lead on projects across Devon, Somerset, and a Project in London ensuring value for clients while maintaining profitability. You'll collaborate closely with project teams and report to the Commercial Lead.

You will be working on Construction Management contracts on retail and other commercial projects.

The role will involve a mix of travel and hybrid working. Visiting the client's office once a week and visiting projects when required.

For this role the client is seeking a candidate with experience of working as a Quantity Surveyor ideally with a contractor or consultancy.

You will have good knowledge of JCT contracts and procurement

A CSCS card and valid UK driving licence

Experience on projects up to �5m would be an advantage
