You’ll play a key role in cost management from pre-contract through to final account, ensuring financial control and project profitability across a range of fast-track and high-quality schemes.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Prepare cost plans, estimates, and tender documentation.\n\n * Manage project budgets, valuations, and cost reporting throughout the lifecycle.\n\n * Procure subcontractors and suppliers, negotiate terms, and issue contracts.\n\n * Evaluate and manage variations, change orders, and interim applications.\n\n * Liaise with clients, design teams, and site staff to ensure project objectives are met.\n\n * Prepare and settle final accounts and project close-out reports.\n\n * Monitor risk and value management procedures.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent.\n\n * Minimum [3+] years’ experience in commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.\n\n * Strong working knowledge of JCT contracts and procurement route...
