About the role:
This is a dual role that would suit an Estimator or Quantity Surveyor with a solid background in commercial fit-out and refurbishment. You’ll be involved in the full project lifecycle — from tendering and pricing through to final account, giving you complete commercial oversight. Working closely with the directors and project delivery team, you will contribute to the success of a variety of fast-paced and technically interesting schemes typically ranging from £100k to £3m.

Responsabilites:

Preparing accurate cost estimates and tender submissions for fit-out and refurbishment projects
*
Conducting take-offs and producing Bills of Quantities
*
Managing project costs throughout the lifecycle, including valuations, variations, and final accounts
*
Liaising with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure clear commercial communication
*
Ensuring profitability and value engineering where appropriate
*
Assisting in procurement and subcontractor appointment
*
Attending site meetings and supporting project teams with commercial insight
*
Maintaining accurate records in line with contractual and company requirements
