Quantity Surveyor – SME House Builder – Bristol (Travel Across South West)
Salary: Up to £60,000 + Package
Location: Bristol (with regional travel)

Walker & Sloan are proud to be working with a growing SME house builder in the South West, who are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join their expanding team. You’ll work closely with the Commercial Manager, overseeing residential developments across the region.
Key Responsibilities:

Cost management of multiple housing schemes
*
Procurement, tendering and subcontractor management
*
Managing budgets, variations and valuations
*
Site visits across the South West
Ideal Candidate:
*
Prior house building experience essential
*
Strong commercial acumen and communication skills
*
Full UK driving licence required
