Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial and contractual aspects of our projects. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate financial reporting, manage payments, handle disputes, and oversee commercial matters.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply for payments, track progress, and ensure accurate financial records.
Prepare Profit & Loss (P&L) statements and analyze project costs.
Review, validate, and dispute any payment issues or discrepancies.
Check contra charges for accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
Attend commercial meetings to discuss project progress, financial updates, and resolve issues.
Handle commercial aspects of projects, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.
