Responsibilities

Prepare and manage accurate cost estimates, tender documentation, and final accounts

Oversee subcontractor procurement and payment processes

*

Monitor project progress and maintain financial control

*

Provide regular cost reporting to senior stakeholders

*

Work closely with the wider project team to deliver high-quality results

*

Ensure adherence to contractual, legal, and regulatory standards

Ideal Candidate

*

Qualification in Construction / Quantity Surveying or similar

*

Strong knowledge of construction contracts

*

Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills

*

Collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently
