Quantity Surveyor – Northampton – Care Home Projects
Salary: Up to £60,000
Location: Northampton
Sector: Healthcare – Care Homes
Our client is a respected main contractor with a pipeline of care home developments. They’re now looking for a Quantity Surveyor to manage multiple schemes from pre-construction to final accounts.
Requirements:

Experience working on care home or similar healthcare projects
*
Strong NEC or JCT contract knowledge
*
Commercially driven with attention to detail
