Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Main Contractor (Commercial & Residential)
Location: Wembley, London
Salary: Circa £60,000 (Dependent on Experience)

Our client is on the lookout for a motivated and commercially astute Quantity Surveyor to join our expanding team based near Wembley. They work on high-quality new build projects across South East England, from residential developments to bespoke hotel builds.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Managing 2–4 live new build projects (£2m–£4.5m values)
*
Preparing and managing sub-contractor packages and main client contracts
*
Ensuring timely and accurate issuing of pay-less notices and payment schedules
*
Making regular site visits to projects across the South East
*
Reporting costings and progress to clients and senior management
*
Contributing to a collaborative and quality-focused team culture
What We’re Looking For:
* 3–4 years’ experience in a Quantity Surveying role
* Experience with JCT form of contract.
* Experience working for a main contractor on new build projects (residential & commercial)
* Experience in groundworks and RC frames
* Contract-savvy with strong commercial awareness
* Able to manage time effectively across multiple project...
