Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client! They are a well-established main contractor with a strong regional presence, working across a variety of sectors including education, commercial and healthcare. They are looking for a Quantity Surveyor to join their North West based team

Ideal candidate:

* Happy to work on sites across the North West

* Experience of refurb/ new build

* Main contractor background

* Experience on large scale new build projects

* A degree or HNC level qualification

* Strong management skills

Duties will include:

* Supporting the Lead Quantity Surveyor

* Procuring materials and subcontractors

* Preparation of tender documents for any subcontract works

* Attending project progress meetings with clients and Project Managers

* Managing subcontractor payments, variations and producing cost reports

* Preparation of final accounts

* Identifying commercial risks

* Monitoring cash flow
