Quantity Surveyor

Job Description Are you an experienced Quantity Surveyor looking for your next challenge? Our client, a highly respected manufacturer of bespoke products for the construction industry, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team in Glasgow.

Operating across both domestic and light commercial sectors, across both Local Authority & National Housebuilder Contracts, this is an excellent opportunity to join a business that prides itself on quality craftsmanship, long-standing industry relationships, and a collaborative working environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate cost estimates
Monitor project budgets and provide regular cost reports
Manage contract administration and valuations
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
Identify cost-saving opportunities and manage risk
Support project delivery from inception through to final account

About You:
Degree educated in Quantity Surveying or a related field
Proven experience within domestic and light commercial projects
Strong understanding of construction methods and building regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organisational skills
Proficient in relevant QS software and Microsoft Office
