Quantity Surveyor

V7 Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join our client in the North West. Our client is a dynamic and innovative interior fit-out company renowned for delivering high-quality, bespoke projects. With a strong presence across the UK, they are expanding their commercial team to support their growing portfolio. This is a really exciting opportunity to join a growing business!

Duties of the role will include-

* Supporting the Senior Quantity Surveyor on larger projects from pre-contract to post-contract stage.

* Take offs.

* Measure materials and quantities.

* Obtaining subcontractor quotes.

* Order placement.

* Liaising with subcontractors throughout the lifecycle of the project.

* Variations.

* Eventually managing some small works projects yourself.

Their ideal candidate is someone who has previously worked on fitout/refurbishment projects.
