Quantity Surveyor, Hertfordshire

A Cost and Project Management consultancy in Hertfordshire is seeking an enthusiastic, hardworking Quantity Surveyor to join their busy Cost Management team.

The Quantity Surveyor’s Role

Working within a team of 4 quantity surveyors and a Director, the successful Quantity Surveyor will work across a broad range of commercial projects including retail and unit fit outs, some new build, cut & curve, and roll outs.

Alongside retail, the Quantity Surveyor will be exposed to office, airport, and petrol station projects – all ideal for your APC diary.

There is also the opportunity for the Quantity Surveyor to get involved in Project Management.

The Quantity Surveyor

* Completed a BSc or MSc, RICS accredited degree (ideally Quantity Surveying)

* 2+ years quantity surveying experience

* Ideally experience within a cost consultancy / cost management practice

* Hard working, professional, well spoken

* Looking to work outside of London

* Good pre and post contract experience
