What you'll be doing:
Managing cost planning, procurement, and contract administration on M&E packages
Collaborating closely with project managers and clients from concept through to delivery
Driving commercial performance while ensuring compliance and best practices
Identifying and managing risks and opportunities across high-value life sciences projects
What we're looking for:
3+ years of Quantity Surveying experience, ideally in MEP or complex building services
Strong commercial acumen and a proactive, detail-oriented mindset
Experience working on technically demanding environments is a plus
