An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Quantity Surveyor to join a well-established and forward-thinking construction company with a strong pipeline of work across Ireland . This is a permanent role based out of the Dungannon office, offering stability, career growth, and diverse project exposure across civil engineering, social housing, and commercial build sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the commercial and contractual management of construction projects across civil and build sectors

*

Prepare and monitor project budgets, valuations, and cost reports

*

Conduct subcontractor procurement and management

*

Ensure compliance with contractual and financial procedures

*

Support project delivery teams with financial insight and control

*

Collaborate with clients, design teams, and site staff to ensure projects are delivered to budget

Requirements:

*

Previous experience in a Quantity Surveying role, ideally within civils, housing, or commercial construction

*

Strong understanding of contracts and cost control processes

*

Excellent communication and negotiation skills

*

Self-motivated with the ability to manage workload independently

*

Full UK or Irish driving licence
