Our client is currently recruiting for a Quality Systems and Improvement Specialist. Based in Aberdeen, the role will be on a permanent (staff) basis and offers hybrid working.

ROLE

Delivering many of world’s largest offshore windfarm projects. Predictable performance is critical to project delivery. To support this, we are looking for a Quality Systems and Improvement Specialist to join our team. The Quality Systems and Improvement Specialist will be the focal point within the Quality function for business management system assurance and ways of working improvement. This position offers a significant opportunity for an experienced quality specialist who flourishes in an engaging environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Supporting the development of the annual plan of campaigns, compliance, and improvement initiatives.
Leading business improvement initiatives and activities within the Quality function, promoting positive working relationships with other internal functions.
Undertakes analysis of trend data on company performance, reports outcomes, and acts as a catalyst for incremental change in business performance.
Ambassador for lessons learned communication and knowledge sharing.
Drives delivery of management review process across the business and communicates results.
Focal point externally and internally for company ISO certification.
