Quality Inspector (Night Shift) – Aerospace | including shift allowance --> £21/hr + Overtime + Bonus | 🕐 Shift: Night Shift
About the Role:
Due to sustained growth and increased project demands, our client is seeking an experienced Quality Inspector to join their Quality Control team on the Night Shift. Working in a state-of-the-art manufacturing environment, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring product integrity, compliance, and quality assurance across aerospace components.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Performing detailed inspections using precision measurement equipment
*
Interpreting complex engineering drawings including GD&T
*
Conducting First Article Inspections (FAI) to AS9102 Rev C
*
Supporting root cause analysis and corrective actions on defects
*
Ensuring compliance to AS9100 standards and internal quality procedures
*
Collaborating closely with production and engineering teams
What they’re Looking For:
* Proven experience as a Quality Inspector or similar QC/QA role
* Strong background in aerospace, precision engineering, or regulated manufacturing
* Confident in using inspection tools such as micrometers, verniers, CMMs, etc.
* Solid understanding of engineering drawings and geometric tolerances
* Familiarity with AS9100 standards and FAI processes
* Able to work independently on night shifts.
