Were hiring for a Quality Inspector / Machine setter on behalf of a growing manufacturing business in Herefordshire part of a successful, privately owned group undergoing major investment and change.
A hybrid role that blends precision engineering with quality control. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a background in CNC machine setting who has also been hands-on with quality inspection tasks.
What youll be doing as a Quality inspector/Machine setter:
Setting and operating CNC machines to manufacture components to spec
Using measurement tools and interpreting technical drawings to inspect parts
Playing a key role in maintaining quality standards throughout production
Supporting continuous improvement within a forward-thinking team
What were looking for from aQuality inspector/Machine setter:
Proven experience in CNC machine setting
Strong understanding of quality control processes
Confident using measuring equipment (micrometers, verniers, etc.)
Ability to work from engineering drawings with attention to detail
